Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku temporomandibulárního komplexu, a to jak na její diagnostiku, tak na samotnou terapii. Terapie je především hodnocena na základě využívání konzervativních fyzioterapeutických postupů k ošetření této oblasti. Tyto postupy jsou doplňovány výsledky řady studií, které potvrzují nebo vyvrací samotnou efektivitu využívaných metod pro ošetření extrakapsulárních, ale i intrakapsulárních struktur. Následně usiluje o zhodnocení úspěšnosti léčby při využívání daných postupů jak samotných, tak v kombinaci s dalšími terapeutickými metodami. Snaží se i poukázat na úzké propojení jednotlivých segmentů těla, jejichž dysfunkce se může projevit až následnou poruchou v oblasti tohoto komplexu. Informace byly čerpány především z odborných databází PubMed, Cochrane a dále z českých i anglických odborných literatur, které se problematikou diagnostiky a terapie této lokality zabývají.This bachelor thesis focuses on the problems of the temporomandibular complex, both on its diagnostics and on the therapy itself. Therapy is based on the use of conservative physiotherapeutic procedures to treat this area. These procedures are complemented by the results of several studies that confirm or refuse the effectiveness of the method for the treatment of extracapsular and intracapsular structures. Subsequently, it tries to evaluate the success of the therapies in the use of the procedures themselves or with using more methods together. It also tries to close the connections between body segments, which can lead to the dysfunction of this complex too. Information was gained mainly from professional databases PubMed and Cochrane and other czech and english professional literature, which have a problem with the diagnostics and therapy of this site threatening.
