Přehledová bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou ošetřovatelské péče o pacienta s tromboembolickou nemocí. Bakalářská práce předkládá přehled aktuálních publikovaných poznatků o rizikových faktorech tromboembolické nemoci a o možnostech mechanické profylaxe. Ze získaných informací vyplývá, že pacienti s více rizikovými faktory najednou jsou v největším riziku vzniku tromboembolické nemoci a na základě toho by měla být implementována vhodná preventivní opatření. Mechanická profylaxe je jednou z variant prevence tromboembolické nemoci a jejími cíli je také zabránění stagnace krve a zvýšení průtoku žilním systémem. Zvolený způsob kompresivní terapie závisí na průběhu a fázi onemocnění, schopnosti pacienta spolupracovat na léčbě a rozměru končetin. The bachelor thesis presents a summary of current published findings on risk factor of thromboembolic disease and possibilities of mechanical prophylaxis. The obtained information shows that patients with multiple risk factors are at the greatest risk of developing thromboembolic disease and appropriate preventive measures should be implemented based on this. Mechanical prophylaxis is one of the options of the prevention of thromboembolic disease and its aims are also to prevent blood stagnation and increase flow through the venous system. The chosen method of compression therapy depends on the course and stage of the disease, the patient's ability to cooperate on the treatment and the size of the limbs.
