Přehledová bakalářská práce se zabývá vnímáním klinického výukového prostředí studenty ošetřovatelství. Cílem bylo předložit dohledané a aktuální poznatky o faktorech působících na studenty během praktické výuky a roli mentora v praktické výuce. Z dohledaných poznatků vyplývá, že klinická praxe je nedílnou součástí ve vzdělávání studentů ošetřovatelství. V průběhu praxe na studenty působí mnoho faktorů (stres, úzkost, komplex méněcennosti, odborný dohled, a mnohé další), které mohou mít pozitivní nebo negativní dopad na proces učení. Práce také uvádí výsledky studií se zkušenostmi, hodnocením a spokojeností studentů s odborným dohledem. Kvalitní mentorský dohled je důležitou součástí úspěchu v učení a absolvování praktické výuky. Relevantní dokumenty pro tvorbu teoretického přehledu byly nalezeny v elektronických vědeckých databázích: EBSCO, Google Scholar, Ovid, ProQuest a Medvik.The summarizing bachelor thesis deals with the nursing care students perception of the clinical learning environment. The aim was to present the discovered and current findings about the factors affecting students during their practical training and the mentor´s role in practical training. The findings show that clinical practice is an integral part of the nursing care students education. The students are affected by many factors during their internship (stress, anxiety, inferiority complex, professional supervision, and many others) that can have a positive or negative impact on the learning process. The thesis also presents the studies results of experience, evaluation and student satisfaction with professional supervision. As an important part of success in learning and completing the practical training there is a high-quality mentoring.
