Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na vliv hodnoty a změny glykémie na refrakci u pacientů s diabetem mellitem. V úvodu je pro komplexnější pochopení problematiky popsáno onemocnění obecně, v dalších kapitolách se práce zabývá vlivy glykémie na jednotlivá optická média oka. Následuje rešerše vybraných výzkumů zabývající se změnou refrakce vlivem změny hodnoty glykémie. Práce také shrnuje doporučení pro optometristy, která by měli brát na zřetel u vyšetření a při komunikaci s diabetickým pacientem.The bachelor thesis is focused on the influence of glycemic value and change on refraction in patients with diabetes mellitus. The introduction describes the disease in general for a more comprehensive understanding of the issue. In the next chapters, the work deals with the effects of glycemia on individual optical media of the eye. The following is a search of selected research dealing with the change in refraction due to the change in blood glucose. The work also summarizes the recommendations for optometrists, which should take into account the examination and communication with a diabetic patient.
