Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na jednu z vrstev rohovky, endotel. Nejprve je popsána rohovka, poté endotel. Poslední část je věnována moderním trendům v oční chirurgii, které se zaměřují konkrétně na endotel. Práce popisuje nejnovější trendy v transplantacích endotelu, jsou zmíněny oční banky a konec práce je zaměřen na nejnovější studie léčby endotelových buněk.This bachelor thesis is focused on one of the layers of the cornea, the endothelium. Firstly is the cornea described and then the endothelium. The last part is devoted to modern trends in surgery, which is aimed specifically at the endothelium. The work describes new trends in endothelial transplants, eye banks are mentioned and the end of the work is focused on further studies of endothelial cell treatment.
