Disertační práce Rozšířená biografie a sumarizace díla Bély Kélera (1820-1882) s akcentem na autograf idylického hudebního obrazu Karpaty obsahuje dvě hlavní části. První část se věnuje Kélerovu životopisu, ve kterém jsou současné poznatky o skladateli, dirigentu a houslistovi Bélu Kélerovi. V jednotlivých kapitolách jsou zpracovány známé informace o skladateli z dostupných slovníků a publikací od roku 1900 až po 20. léta 21. století. Nově jsou do nich zasazeny informace z Kélerovy rozsáhlé německy psané korespondence sestře Emilii Vandrák. Dalšími důležitými zdroji informací jsou články z evropského i amerického dobového tisku z let 1845-1906. Druhá část disertační práce přináší informace, které se vážou k obsáhlému skladatelskému odkazu Bély Kélera a jsou v ní sumarizována jeho opusovaná i neopusovaná díla do prvního uceleného soupisu. Důraz je kladen na autograf jeho nejrozsáhlejšího neopusovaného vokálně-instrumentálního díla Die Karpathen, který byl autorem disertační práce přepsán v notačním programu. V roce 2020 bylo dílo Společností Bély Kélera digitálně vydáno a je uveřejněno pod signaturou BKS 1001 v Petrucci Music Library.The Dissertation Expanded Biography and Summarization of the Work of Béla Kéler (1820-1882) with emphasis on the autograph of the idyllic musical picture The Carpathians consists of two main parts. The first part is dedicated to Kéler's biography with contemporary findings about the composer, conductor, and violinist Béla Kéler. Individual chapters contain information about the composer from available dictionaries and publications from 1900 to the 1920's. New information is incorporated into them from Kéler's vast correspondence to his sister Emilie Vandrák, written in German. Further important sources of information come from contemporary European and American press between 1845-1906. The second part of the Dissertation brings information related to the large Béla Kéler bequest of compositions, with the first comprehensive list of his works with and without opus numbers. The emphasis is on the autograph of his most extensive work, the vocal-instrumental composition Die Karpathen without an opus number, which was transcribed by the author of the Dissertation into a music notation program. The work was published digitally by the Béla Kéler Society in 2020 and is publicly available under the code BKS 1001 in the Petrucci Music Library.
