Táto bakalárska práca sa zaoberá problematikou detskej mozgovej obrny a rehabilitáciou orofaciálnej oblasti u tohto ochorenia. Teoretická časť obsahuje základné poznatky detskej mozgovej obrne ako sú jej klinické formy a možnosti liečby. Ďalej je v práci popísaná orofaciálna oblasť jej funkcia a najčastejšie poruchy v tejto oblasti, ktoré sa vyskytujú u detskej mozgovej obrny. V závere teoretickej časti sú uvedené možnosti rehabilitácie orofaciálnej oblasti u detskej mozgovej obrny. Praktická časť práce obsahuje kazuistiku pacientky s diagnózou detská mozgová obrna s dôrazom na problematiku rehabilitácie orofaciálnej oblasti, ktorej súčasťou je návrh krátkodobého a dlhodobého rehabilitačného plánu.This bachelor's thesis deals with the problematic of cerebral palsy and rehabilitation of the orofacial area within this disease. The theoretical part of the thesis contains fundamental knowledge concerning cerebral palsy such as its clinical forms and treatment possibilities. Further on in the thesis there is described orofacial area, its function and the most common defects in this area which occur within cerebral palsy. In the conclusion of the theoretical part of the thesis there are presented rehabilitation possibilities of orofacial area within cerebral palsy. The practical part of the thesis contains case history of a patient with cerebral palsy diagnose with the accent on the problematic of orofacial area rehabilitation including a proposal of long and short-term rehabilitation plan.
