Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem sociálního pracovníka v multidisciplinárním týmu hospice. Obtíže s definováním profese sociální práce se promítají do spolupráce v týmu hospice a v poslední době se objevuje požadavek sociálních pracovníků na lepší vzdělávání v oblasti multidisciplinární spolupráce a lepšího ukotvení jejich profese v mobilní hospicové péči. Cílem práce je proto zjistit, jak na profesi sociálního pracovníka pohlížejí ostatní členové multidisciplinárního týmu mobilního hospice a jaké kompetence, znalosti a dovednosti od něj očekávají. Aplikačním cílem je zjistit, jak sociální pracovníky v této oblasti lépe vzdělávat. Konceptuální část práce se věnuje týmové spolupráci v paliativní péči, profesi sociálního pracovníka a jeho kompetencemi v týmu hospice. Dále se soustředí na teorii spolupráce v týmu a je představen model multidisciplinární spolupráce Laury Bronstein. Empirická část práce představuje výsledky kvalitativního výzkumu, který proběhl v mobilním hospici formou polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s odborníky v týmu včetně sociální pracovnice a také formou pozorování a obsahové analýzy.The thesis deals with the topic of a social worker in the multidisciplinary hospice team. The difficulties in defining the social work profession are reflected in the cooperation of the hospice team. Recently, the social workers have attempted to draw the attention to the requirement of a better education in the field of multidisciplinary cooperation and a better definition of their profession in mobile hospice care. Therefore, the aim of this thesis is to discover how the other multidisciplinary team members view the social worker, and what competencies, knowledge, and skills are expected from him. One of the goals of this work is also to a find out, how to improve the education of social workers in this field. The conceptual part of the thesis is devoted to the team cooperation in a palliative care, the profession of a social worker and his competencies in the hospice team. It also focuses on the theory of team cooperation and describes a model for interdisciplinary cooperation by Laura Bronstein. The empirical part presents the results of a qualitative research, which took place in a mobile hospice in the form of semi-structured interviews with experts in the team, including a social worker, and it also included the research in the form of observation and content analysis.
