Tato bakalářská práce sleduje recepci osmi animovaných filmů Jiřího Trnky v nizozemském tisku v letech 1945-1970. Trnkovu animovanou tvorbu zasazuji do širšího historického kontextu české animace 20. století. V závěru předkládám zjištění, že většina novinových ohlasů na vybrané animované filmy byla pozitivní, ale v menší míře se objevily i negativní postoje. Největší počet zmínek se objevil v padesátých letech 20. století.This bachelor's thesis focuses on the reception of eight animated films by Jiří Trnka in the Dutch newspapers between the years 1945 - 1970. I introduce Trnka's animated work in the broader historic context of Czech animated film in the 20th century. Based on the analysed data, I have determined that the majority of reactions to Trnka's animated films were positive, but in smaller amount there appeared also negative criticism. The highest number of reactions was published in the 1950s.
