Bakalářská práce se věnuje divadelní adaptaci románu Marka Haddona Podivný případ se psem v Národním divadle moravskoslezském v Ostravě. Zaznamenává změny vzniklé během adaptačního procesu, a to zejména ve způsobu ztvárnění postav. Pro lepší pochopení a interpretaci jednání postav jsou nejprve představeny charakteristické projevy Aspergerova syndromu, které vykazuje protagonista Christopher Boone. Stěžejní část práce je zaměřena na strukturální analýzy Haddonova románu Podivný případ se psem, stejnojmenného divadelního scénáře Simona Stephense a z něj vycházejícího inscenačního tvaru v režii Janusze Klimszy. Na základě komparace těchto tří děl je vysledováno, do jaké míry zachovává inscenace věrnost vůči románové předloze a jaké herecké prostředky byly využity k autentickému zobrazení projevů osoby na autistickém spektru.The bachelor's thesis deals with the theatrical adaptation of Mark Haddon's novel The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time at the National Moravian-Silesian Theatre in Ostrava. It records the changes that occurred during the adaptation process, especially in the way the characters are portrayed. This thesis first introduces the characteristic symptoms of Asperger's syndrome, which are shown by the protagonist Christopher Boone, for a better understanding and interpretation of the characters' actions. The main part of the thesis focuses on the structural analyses of Haddon's novel The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time, the theatrical script of the same name by Simon Stephens, and the production directed by Janusz Klimsza. Based on the comparison of these three works is observed, how accurate the production is to the novel and what kind of acting tools were used for an authentic portrayal of a person on the autistic spectrum.
