Diplomová práce se zabývá vyšetřením refrakce přístrojem EyeQue Personal Vision Tracker (PVT) a experimentálním srovnáním jeho výsledků se známými metodami pro stanovení objektivní a subjektivní refrakce. Úvodní kapitoly práce jsou věnovány teoretickým informacím o refrakčních vadách, způsobům měření objektivní refrakce a jednotlivým krokům při měření subjektivní refrakce. Stěžejní kapitola práce popisuje vlastní přístroj EyeQue PVT, jeho funkční principy a průběh samovyšetření. Experimentální část obsahuje metodiku, analýzu a výsledky výzkumu, jehož cílem je porovnání výsledků refrakce získané třemi metodami: objektivní refrakcí, subjektivní refrakcí a samovyšetřením refrakce přístrojem EyeQue PTV.The diploma thesis deals with examination of refraction with device EyeQue Personal Vision Tracker (PVT) and the experimental comparison of its results with known methods for determining objective and subjective refraction. The introductory chapters are focused on theoretical information about refractive errors, methods of objective refraction measurement and individual steps in measuring subjective refraction. The main chapter describes the device EyeQue PVT, its functional principles and the process of self-examination. The experimental part contains methodology, analysis and results of research, the aim of which is to compare the results of refraction obtained by three methods: objective refraction, subjective refraction and self-examination of refraction with the device EyeQue PVT.
