Předkládaná bakalářská práce zkoumá charakter právní terminologie, která byla používána v soudních spisech zařazených do archivního fondu Úřední soud Nový Jičín. Tyto spisy vznikly během existence Protektorátu Čechy a Morava v rámci soudní a úřední agendy na územích Třetí říše i Protektorátu. Cílem této práce je popis a lingvistický rozbor právní terminologie, případně nalezení možných specifik souvisejících s dějinami Nového Jičína v době, kdy region patřil v rámci Sudet k Říši.This bachelor thesis deals with the characteristics of legal terminology used in court files assigned into the archival fond Úřední soud Nový Jičín (Amtsgericht Neutitschein) of the Archive in Nový Jičín. These files were created during the period of the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia within the legal and official agenda in the territories of both the Third Reich and the Protectorate. The goal of this thesis is description and linguistic analysis of legal terminology, eventually finding possible specifics related to the history of Nový Jičín in the period when this region within Sudetenland was a part of the Third Reich.
