Tato diplomová práce sleduje vliv délky druhé doby porodní na vznik porodního poranění u žen, které rodily plod v poloze podélné záhlavím. V teoretické části práce jsou předloženy poznatky jak o druhé době porodní a jejích determinantech tak o porodním poranění, jeho rizikových faktorech. Ve výzkumné části je věnována pozornost vlivu rizikových faktorů délky druhé doby porodní a rizikových faktorů vzniku porodního poranění. Zkoumané byly tyto faktory: porodní hmotnost novorozence, trvání druhé doby porodní, parita rodičky a postavení plodu.This diploma thesis monitors the influence of the length of the second period of labor on the occurrence of injuries women, which delivered fetus in longitudinal suboccipital position. The theoretical part of the thesis presents knowledge about the second period of labor and its determinants as well as about obstetric injuries, its risk factors. In the research part, attention is paid to the influence of risk factors for the length of the second period of labor and risk factors for the occurrence of birth injuries. The following factors were examined: birth weight of the newborn, duration of the second parturition, parity of the mother and fetal position.
