Diplomová práce pojednává o dítěti jako oběti trestných činů. Na začátku práce jsou vymezeny základní pojmy, se kterými se dále pracuje a základní právní rámec, ve kterém se diplomová práce pohybuje. Dále je poukázáno na výklad určitých otázek specifických trestných činů, kterých se dítě nejčastěji stává obětí a které jsou nejvíce diskutované. Stěžejní oblastí diplomové práce je shrnutí procesních práv dítěte jako oběti ve smyslu zákona o obětech nebo poškozeného ve smyslu trestního řádu, jejich zhodnocení a vymezení problematických oblastí. Poslední část diplomové práce je věnována činnosti Probační a mediační služby a Orgánu sociálně-právní ochrany dětí, které v trestním řízení mají důležitou roli zahrnující péči o dítě v postavení oběti.Diploma thesis deals with the child as a victim of crime. At the beginning of the thesis, the basic concepts with which thesis continues and the basic legal framework within which the thesis works are defined. The interpretation of certain issues of specific offences, of which the child is the victim most often and which are most discussed, is also highlighted. The main area of the thesis is the summary of the procedural rights of the child as a victim according to the Victims Act and as the damaged person in the meaning of the Code of Criminal Procedure, their evaluation and the definition of problem areas. The last part of the thesis is devoted to the activities of the Probation and Mediation Service and the Child Welfare Authority, which play an important role in criminal proceedings, including the care of the child as a victim.
