Tématem této diplomové práce je aplikace Montessori pedagogiky ve školní družině. Hlavním cílem této práce je zjistit, zda jsou v Montessori školních družinách aplikovány principy Montessori pedagogiky. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou část a empirickou část. Teoretická část se zabývá Montessori pedagogikou či jejími hlavními myšlenkami, výchovou mimo vyučování a její definicí, charakteristikou školní družiny, osobností vychovatele a v neposlední řadě také hranicemi svobody ve školní družině.This diploma thesis focuses on the application of Montessori pedagogy in school clubs. The main goal is to find out whether the principles of Montessori pedagogy are being applied in Montessori school clubs. The work is divided into a theoretical part and an empirical part. The theoretical part deals with Montessori pedagogy and its main ideas, the non-academic education and its definition, the characteristics of and dynamics within school clubs, the personality of the educator and, last but not least, the boundaries of freedom within school clubs.
