Diplomové práce se věnuje problematice hodnocení funkčních projevů v laryngoskopickém zobrazení. Teoretická část popisuje aktuální informace z České republiky a zahraničí v oblasti terminologie, etiologie a klasifikace funkčních poruch, metody jejich diagnostiky a symptomatologii se zaměřením na supraglotickou aktivitu. V praktické části se autorka věnovala tvorbě testového protokolu pro hodnocení funkčních projevů v laryngoskopickém zobrazení hrtanu, který byl poté ohodnocen respondenty z oblasti studentů a profesionálů z praxe. Výsledky autorka doplnila vytvořeným didaktickým materiálem. Cílem předkládané práce je na základě analýzy českých a zahraničních zdrojů popsat téma funkčních projevů v laryngoskopickém zobrazení, následně vytvořit hodnotící protokol a pomocí jeho užití v testovém materiálu zjistit shodu jeho hodnotitelů.The diploma thesis deals with the issue of evaluation of functional manifestations in laryngoscopic imaging. The theoretical part describes current information from the Czech Republic and abroad in the field of terminology, etiology and classification of functional disorders, methods of their diagnosis and symptomatology with a focus on supraglottic activity. In the practical part, the author focused on the creation of a test protocol for the evaluation of functional manifestations in laryngoscopic imaging of the larynx, which was then rated by respondents from the field of students and experienced professionals. The author supplemented the results with created didactic material. The aim of the presented work is based on the analysis of Czech and foreign sources to describe the topic of functional manifestations in laryngoscopic imaging, then to create an evaluation protocol and using its use in test material to determine the agreement of its evaluators.
