Cílem teoretické části této diplomové práce je prostřednictvím rešerše odborných publikovaných článků předložit informace a nejnovější poznatky o problematice polytraumatických stavů a komplikací a jejich diagnostice se zaměřením na vyšetřování polytraumatických pacientů pomocí výpočetní tomografie. V teoretické části své diplomové práce se zabývám především využitelností výpočetní tomografie v diagnostice akutních traumatických stavů a možnostmi nastavení akvizičních a rekonstrukčních parametrů CT pro účely polytraumatického vyšetření. Cílem praktické části této diplomové práce je zhodnotit aktuálně zavedený CT protokol pro vyšetření polytraumat ve Fakultní nemocnici v Olomouci a ověřit, zda změny provedené na protokolu povedou ke zdokonalení techniky vyšetření polytraumat na přístrojích výpočetní tomografie s ohledem na aplikaci co nejnižší radiační dávky pacientovi a zisk co nejlepší diagnostické informace.The aim of the theoretical part of this theses is to submit information and the newest knowledge about the issue of polytraumatic injuries and their complications and the diagnostic focus on examination of these pacients by using the computed tomography. All these information and knowledge are based on the search of the professional articles. In the theoretical part of my theses I mainly pursue the usage of computed tomography in the diagnosis of acute traumatic states and posibilities of the aquisition and reconstruction settings parameters of the CT for the purpuse of polytraumatic injury examination. The aim of the practical part of this theses is to assess the acute CT protocol of polytraumatic injury examination at the University hospital in Olomouc and validate if the changes done in the protocol lead to improvement of the examination technique at computed tomography with the lowest aplication of radiation dosage and with the best diagnostic information.
