Všeobecné sestry v České republice vykonávají ošetřovatelskou péči metodou ošetřovatelského procesu dle platné legislativy. Dále mají povinnost ošetřovatelskou péči dokumentovat. V České republice není zákonně jednotně určený obsah ošetřovatelské dokumentace. Standardizovaná ošetřovatelská terminologie představuje nástroj pro jednotnou a efektivní dokumentaci ošetřovatelského procesu. Cílem teoretické části této diplomové práce bylo sumarizovat aktuální dohledané poznatky o využití standardizované ošetřovatelské terminologie v ošetřovatelské praxi. Cílem empirické části této diplomové práce bylo popsat a porovnat zkušenosti všeobecných sester s využitím standardizovaných ošetřovatelských terminologií v ošetřovatelské praxi v České republice společně s faktory, které jejich využívání v ošetřovatelské praxi ovlivňují. V metodologii výzkumu byl využit kvalitativní přístup, ke sběru dat byla využita metoda polostrukturovaného interview. K analýze dat byly použity metody deskripce, komparace a metoda tematické analýzy. Výsledky empirické části potvrdily výsledky teoretické části. Bylo zjištěno, že všeobecné sestry v České republice zaznamenávají ošetřovatelskou péči do dokumentace nejednotným způsobem a k záznamu péče využívají standardizované dokumenty, ne však standardizovanou ošetřovatelskou terminologii. Dále výsledky výzkumu ukázaly, že všeobecné sestry v České republice vnímají 5 oblastí faktorů, které ovlivňují využívání standardizovaných ošetřovatelských jazyků v klinické praxi. Tyto oblasti faktorů jsou následující: vědomosti a vzdělání, klinická praxe, zdravotní politika a prostředky, výzkum a ostatní. Výsledky této diplomové práce mohou být přínosné pro bližší pochopení problematiky klinického využití standardizovaných ošetřovatelských jazyků mezi všeobecnými sestrami v klinické praxi.Nurses in the Czech Republic perform nursing care using the nursing process method according to the actual legislation. Furthermore, they are obliged to document nursing care. In the Czech Republic, the content of nursing documentation is not legally settled. Standardized nursing terminology is a tool for uniform and effective documentation of the nursing process. The aim of the theoretical part of this diploma thesis was to summarize the current findings on the use of standardized nursing terminology in nursing practice. The aim of the empirical part of this diploma thesis was to describe and compare the experience of nurses with the use of standardized nursing terminology in nursing practice in the Czech Republic, together with the factors that affect their use in nursing practice. A qualitative approach was used in the research methodology, and a semi-structured interview method was used for data collection. The methods of description, comparison and the method of thematic analysis were used for data analysis. The results of the empirical part confirmed the results of the theoretical part. It was found that nurses in the Czech Republic record nursing care in the documentation in a non-uniform way and use standardized documents to record nursing care, but do not use the standardized nursing terminology. Furthermore, the results of the research showed that nurses in the Czech Republic perceive 5 areas of factors, that affect the use of standardized nursing languages in clinical practice. These areas of factors are as follows: knowledge and education, clinical practice, health policy and resources, research and others. The results of this diploma thesis can be beneficial for a closer understanding of the issue of clinical use of standardized nursing languages among nurses in clinical practice.
