Bakalářská práce se zabývá vývojovými trendy konzumace masa ve světě. Teoretická část bakalářské práce popisuje globální spotřebu masa a její vývoj od 2. poloviny 20. století. Analytická část je zaměřena na spotřebu masa na osobu za rok v dané zemi a její vývoj, zabývá se také průměrným ročním tempem růstu/poklesu spotřeby masa a zjišťuje existenci případných rozdílů ve spotřebě masa mezi makroregiony světa. Analýza zahrnuje primárně státy OSN a je provedena za období let 2000-2017. Hlavním cílem práce je provést globální geografickou analýzu spotřeby masa a zjistit, jaká byla dynamika vývoje spotřeby masa v období 2000-2017 a jak se lišila mezi jednotlivými státy OSN. V další části je řešena existence případných statisticky významných rozdílů ve spotřebě masa mezi makroregiony světa roce 2000 a 2017, poslední část práce se zabývá hodnotami nárůstu/poklesu spotřeby masa mezi makroregiony světa za období 2000-2017.The bachelor thesis deals with the development trends in a meat consumption in the world. The theoretical part of the thesis describes global consumption of meat and its development since the second half of the 20th century. The analytical part focuses on meat consumption per person per year in a particular country and its development, analysis also deals with the average annual rate of growth/decline of meat consumption and tries to find the differences in consumption of meat between macroregions of the world. The analysis includes primarily the UN states and it is made for the period 2000-2017. The main purpose of the thesis is to perform a global geographical analysis of meat consumption and find out how dynamic was the development of meat consumption in period 2000-2017 and how it differed between the UN states. The next part deals with the existence of possible statistically significant differences in meat consumption between macroregions in year 2000 and 2017, the last part of the work focuses on the values of increase/decrease in meat consumption between macroregions for the period 2000-2017.
