Předmětem práce je subjektivní zkušenost streamerek s jejich tvorbou. Cílem je popsat dopady live streamingu na život streamerky a zaměřit se na zisky a ztráty, které sebou jejich profese přináší. Jejich zkušenost je zasazena do konceptů seberealizace a sebeuplatnění. V práci rovněž usiluji o porovnání zkušenosti streamerek a streamerů za využití výsledků bakalářské práce Osobní významnost live stream kariéry. Ve výzkumu aplikuji interpretativní fenomenologickou analýzu pro část týkající se subjektivní zkušenosti a následně tematickou analýzu pro fázi porovnání zkušenosti streamerek a streamerů.The subject of the work is the subjective experience of female streamers with their work. The aim is to describe the impact of live streaming on a streamer's life and focus on the profits and losses that their profession brings. Their experience is embedded in the concepts of self-realization and self-application. In my work I also try to compare the experience of streamers and female streamers using the results of the bachelor's thesis Personal significance of live stream careers. In my research I apply an interpretive phenomenological analysis for the part concerning subjective experience and subsequently a thematic analysis for the phase of comparing the experience of streamers and female streamers.
