Tato diplomová práce se zabývá překladem reálií do nizozemštiny. Teoretická část se věnuje hlavním konceptům translatologie: přeložitelnosti, ekvivalenci, normám a vymezením překladatelských strategií pro překlad reálií. Výzkumnou část tvoří analýza českého originálu a nizozemského překladu povídek Příliš hlučná samota a Ostře sledované vlaky se zaměřením na použité překladatelské strategie u reálií.This master's thesis presents the realita analysis in the Dutch translations of Too Loud a Solitude and Closely Watched Trains by Bohumil Hrabal. Both stories belong to the Czech literary canon and are very popular world-wide. Although Hrabal describes the lives of ordinary people, these works also contain realia which need to be translated. The thesis is of descriptive character and, with the use of the analysis of the original and of its Dutch translations by Kees Mercks, focuses on the selected strategies for realia translations. The analysis per se is preceded by principal translatology concepts: translation and equivalence definitions, the position of norms in translatology and the list of translation strategies available. The work likewise includes a short description of Hrabal's life and both of the stories that serve as the material for the analysis.
