Diplomová práce "Kompetence pedagogů pro práci s osobami s kombinovaným postižením" se zabývá celkovými schopnostmi, dovednostmi, vědomostmi a postoji, kterými by měl disponovat každý pedagog. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V první části práce seznamuje autorka čtenáře se základní terminologií a její kvalitní operacionalizací, etiologií kombinovaného postižení, edukací žáků s kombinovaným postižením, a také se zaměřuje na seznámení se zásadami a principy práce při vyučování. Cílem praktické části je analýza dotazníku, který byl vytvořen na základě rešerše odborné literatury. Na výzkumné otázky hledáme odpovědi skrze metodu dotazníkového šetření, ve které se autorka zaměřuje na současné vnímání výchovy a vzdělávání dětí a žáků s kombinovaným postižením a s tím možné chybějící nedostatky k naplnění potřebných kompetencí při práci se konkrétní cílovou skupinou.The diploma thesis "Teachers competencies for work with people with multiple disabilities" deals with the overall abilities, skills, knowledge, and attitudes that every teacher should have. The work is divided into theoretical and practical parts. In the first part of the work, the author presents the reader with basic terminology and its operationalization, etiology of multiple disabilities, education of students with multiple disabilities, and also focuses on getting the reader acquainted with the principles of teaching such students. The aim of the practical part is to describe the analysis of a survey, which was created on the basis of professional literature. We were looking for answers to our research questions through the method of a questionnaire survey, in which the author focuses on the current perception of education of students with multiple disabilities and the possible missing shortcomings to meet the necessary competencies in working with a specific target group.
