Diplomová práce se zabývá interakčním trenérským stylem trenérů Contemporary. Záměrem bylo zjistit a popsat rozdíly v interakčních stylech oslovených trenérů, jaký interakční styl trenéři vybraných tanečních škol a klubů uplatňují v rámci svých tréninkových jednotek ze svého pohledu i z pohledu jejich svěřenců. V neposlední řadě také jaký je, dle oslovených trenérů i jejich svěřenců, "ideální" interakční trenérský styl. Výzkum byl realizován pomocí dotazníkového šetření, které díky pandemii Covid - 19 probíhalo pomocí online dotazníků. Osloveno bylo 7 trenérů tanečních škol a klubů z Pardubického kraje a jejich 117 svěřenců. Z výsledků vyplývá, že nejčastěji uplatňovaným interakčním stylem oslovených trenérů Contemporary je styl Pomáhající a jako ideální interakční styl trenéra hodnotí styl Organizátor společně se stylem Pomáhající a Chápající. Dle jejich svěřenců je nejčastěji uplatňovaným stylem jejich trenérů styl Organizátor a Pomáhající, což se shoduje s jejich pohledem na ideální interakční styl trenéra.The diploma thesis deals with the interactive coaching style of Contemporary coaches. The intention was to find out and describe the differences in the interaction styles of the addressed coaches, what interaction style the coaches of selected dance schools and clubs apply within their training units from their point of view and from the point of view of their charges. Last but not least, according to the addressed coaches and their charges, what is the "ideal" interactive coaching style. The research was carried out using a questionnaire survey, which, thanks to the Covid - 19 pandemic, was conducted using online questionnaires. 7 coaches of dance schools and clubs from the Pardubice region and their 117 charges were contacted. The results show that the most frequently used interaction style of the addressed Contemporary coaches is the Helping style and evaluates the Organizer style together with the Helping and Understanding style as the ideal interaction style of the coach. According to their charges, the most commonly used style of their coaches is the Organizer and the Helping style, which coincides with their view of the ideal interactive style of the coach.
