Předkládaná disertační práce nazvaná "Aplikace správního řádu územními finančími orgány" se zaměřuje na pochopení významu správního řádu v aplikační praxi Finanční správy České republiky. Zabývá se otázkami souvisejícími s tím, v jakých oblastech a v jakém rozsahu je správní řád orgány finanční správy aplikován a má nastínit realizaci cílů a úkolů orgánů finanční správy prostředky upravenými správním řádem.The present dissertation entitled "Application of the Code of Administrative Procedure by territorial financial authorities" focuses on understanding the meaning of the Code of Administrative Procedure in the application practice of the Financial Administration of the Czech Republic. It deals with issues related to the areas and extent to which the Code of Administrative Procedure is applied by the authorities of the Financial Administration and is intended to outline the implementation of the objectives and tasks of the authorities of the Financial Administration by means regulated by the Code of Administrative Procedure.
