Disertační práce pojednává o vrozeném vývojovém onemocnění obličeje Okulo-aurikulo-vertebrálním spektru. Důsledkem onemocnění je asymetrický obličej a k hodnocení této asymetrie byla využita geometrická morfometrie. U zkoumaného souboru pacientů byly provedeny detailní analýzy 3D faciálních skenů jednotlivých pacientů a dále byly hodnoceny změny asymetrie v čase a korelace mezi závažnosti postižení a asymetrií obličeje.The dissertation deals with congenital developmental disorder of the face named Oculo-auriculo-vertebral spectrum. The consequence of the disease is an asymmetric face and geometric morphometry was used to evaluate this asymmetry. Detailed analyzes of 3D facial scans of individual patients were performed in the examined group of patients, and changes in asymmetry in time and correlations between the severity of disorder and facial asymmetry were also evaluated.
