Diplomová práce pojednává o odpovědnosti za újmu, způsobenou autonomním vozidlem. Cílem mé práce je ukázat možnou aplikaci zákona č. 89/2012 Sb., občanský zákoník v případě autonomních vozidel a odpovědnosti za škodu jimi způsobenou. Zvažuji jejich užití, ale také se snažím upozornit na případné možné nedostatky. Zároveň se zprvu věnuji určitému vývoji autonomních vozidel, jejich možnému využití a proč je důležité se touto otázkou zabývat v právní rovině. V práci jsem velmi využila dokumenty Evropské unie, kde je toto téma poměrně aktuální a Evropský parlament delší dobu žádá legislativní reakci na tento technologický postup. Současně se věnuji i situacím v jiných zemích nejen Evropské unie, které již určitým způsobem reagují na rozvoj autonomních vozidel. V závěru mé práce se pokusím nastínit možné budoucí tendence řešení tohoto tématu v České republice.This thesis deals with liability for damage caused by an autonomous vehicle. The aim of my work is to show the possible application of The Civil Code zech republic in the case of autonomous vehicles and liability for damage caused by them. I consider their use, but I also try to point out possible shortcomings. At the same time, I first focus on a certain development of autonomous vehicles, their possible use and why it is important to address this issue at the legal level. In my work, I use of European Union documents, where this is actual topic and the European Parliament has long called for a legislative response to this technological process. At the same time, I also deal with situations in other countries, not only in the European Union, which are already responding in some way to the development of autonomous vehicles. At the end of my work I will try to outline possible future trends in solving this topic in the Czech Republic.
