Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem převodu autorského stylu při překladu do češtiny. Konkrétně je tato problematika zkoumána na překladech děl Ernesta Hemingwaye a Davida Herberta Lawrence uznávaným překladatelem Jiřím Hanušem. Teoretická část práce představuje pojmy překladatelský proces, požadavky na překlad a dvojí norma překladu. Dále jsou v ní uvedeny informace o obou autorech a překladateli. Hlavní část práce je tvořena prezentací výsledků komparativní analýzy úryvků děl obou autorů a jejich překladů. Na zvolených indikátorech je sledováno, jaké překladatelské strategie Jiří Hanuš při překladu volí a do jaké míry zachovává v překladu prvky autorského stylu.This bachelor thesis is concerned with the topic of translation of author style into Czech. This subject is particularly investigated through the translation of the work of Ernest Hemingway and David Herbert Lawrence. The theoretical part introduces terms such as translation process, phases of translator's work, and norms of translation. It further introduces information about the authors and the translator. The main part of the thesis presents the results of a comparative analysis of the excerpts of the work of both authors and their translation. The translation strategies used by Jiří Hanuš are analysed using selected indicators which help observe to what extend the elements of the author style are maintained.
