Schopnost stoje je pro člověka zásadní a zároveň jedinečná v rámci živočišných druhů. Cílem závěrečné práce je popsat ideální stoj, vysvětlit a popsat pojmy související se stojem - postura, těžiště, posturální stabilita a stabilizace. Práce obsahuje přehled vlivů na posturální stabilitu, rozebírá dopad postavení páteře a pánve na stoj a popisuje, jak může být stoj v klinické praxi objektivizován, zejména pak pomocí přístrojové techniky. Odborné články pro tvorbu práce byly vyhledány na základě anglických ekvivalentů klíčových slov: posturální stabilita, hluboký stabilizační systém, stoj, posturografie, Moiré topografie, rasterstereografie v databázích PubMed, Google Scholar, Epistemonikos a ScienceDirect.The ability to stand is essential for humans and unique among all animal species. The purpose of this thesis is to describe an ideal stance, explain and describe terms related to the stance - posture, centre of gravity, postural stability and stabilization. This thesis provides an overview of the influences that affect postural stability and analyse of how the possible position of the spine and pelvis influence the posture of the body. Some ways of objectification of the position in clinical practice are described, especially those relying on the aid of apparatus technique. The professional publications were searched for in online databases PubMed, Google Scholar, Epistemonikos and ScienceDirect in order to be reviewed with the purpose of finding the matching English terms. The keywords are: postural stability, deep stabilizing system, stance, posturography, Moiré topography and rasterstereography.
