Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá metodou Constraint-Induced Movement Therapy a jejím využitím u pacientů po cévní mozkové příhodě. První část shrnuje obecné informace o tomto onemocnění včetně jeho diagnostiky a standardní rehabilitace. Hlavní část práce se zaměřuje na samotnou metodu, součásti jejího protokolu, hodnocení efektu terapie a využití u pacientů po cévní mozkové příhodě na zlepšení funkce jak horní končetiny, tak dolní končetiny. Práce je doplněna kazuistikou pacienta po cévní mozkové příhodě účastnícího se rehabilitačního programu Constraint-Induced Movement Therapy.This bachelor's thesis deals with the method Constraint-Induced Movement Therapy and its use in the patients after stroke. The first part summarises general information about this disease including diagnosis and standard rehabilitation after stroke. The main part of the thesis focuses on the method, parts of its protocol, evaluation of the effect of therapy and use of this method in patients after stroke for improving function of upper limb as well as lower limb. The case report of a patient after stroke participating in Constraint-Induced Movement Therapy rehabilitation program is attached at the end of the thesis.
