Bakalářská práce se zabývá kompletním popisem radionuklidových metod v diagnostice onemocnění ledvin. Objasňuje postupy a rozdíly při statické scintigrafii, dynamické scintigrafii a jejích modifikacích. Součástí kapitol je i příprava pacientů před vyšetřením. Veškeré informace v bakalářské práci byly čerpány na základě rešeršní činnosti z odborných článků a publikací.Bachelor thesis deals with a complete description of radionuclide methods in the diagnosis of kidney disease. Explains the procedures and differences in static scintigraphy, dynamic scintigraphy and its modifications. Part of the chapters is also the preparation of patients before the examination. All information in the bachelor thesis was drawn on the basis of research activities from professional articles and publications.
