Přehledová bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou praxe založené na důkazech ve vztahu k prožívání zátěže u studentů ošetřovatelství během klinické praxe. Předkládá dohledané aktuální publikované poznatky o výskytu zátěže, stresových situacích a způsobech jejich měření napříč zeměmi. V úvodu kapitol je popsáno, jak zátěž a stres během klinické praxe ovlivňuje studenty. Dále jsou uvedeny nástroje měřící míru zátěže, a to Perceived Stress Scale (PSS), dotazník KEZKAK, Nursing Research Scale 10, Nursing Student Stress Scale, The stressors in Nursing Students dotazník a rozhovor. Nejvíce se vyskytujícím nástrojem napříč studiemi je PSS, který zahrnuje oblasti: stres z nedostatku odborných vědomostí a zručnosti, z přidělených úloh a pracovní zátěže, z poskytování ošetřovatelské péče, z klinického prostředí, z pedagogů, zdravotnického personálu a ze strany spolužáků a každodenního života. Dalšími oblastmi jsou strach z poranění o infekční jehlu, ze sexuálního obtěžování, z péče o pacienta v terminálním stádiu, ze smrti pacienta a stres z používání technických přístrojů. Nejvíce stresující oblastí je v rámci Evropské Unie (EU) nedostatek odborných zkušeností a zručnosti. Mimo EU je to poskytování ošetřovatelské péče. Poznatky jsou dohledány v českých i zahraničních recenzovaných periodicích. Jsou použity databáze EBSCO, Medvik, ProQuest Nursing Allied Health Database Source, PubMed a Web of Science.The review bachelor thesis deals with the problems of evidence-based practice in relation to experiencing stress in nursing students during clinical practice. It presents previously published findings dealing with occurents of stress, stress situations and ways of their measurement across countries. The introduction to the chapters describes how stress and stress affects students during clinical practice. The following are tools measuring the degree of stress, namely the Perceived Stress Scale (PSS), KEZKAK questionnaire, Nursing Research Scale 10, Nursing Student Stress Scale, The stressors in Nursing Students questionnaire and interview. The most common cross-study tool is PSS, which includes the following areas: stress related to lack of professional knowledge and sklil, assignments and workload, patient care, clinical environment, teachers and nursing stuff and peers and daily life. Other areas include fear of needlestick injuries, sexual harassment, terminal care, patient death, and the stress of using technical devices. The most stressful area within the European Union (EU) is the lack of proffesional knowledge and skills. Outside the EU, this is the provision of nursing care. The findings are found in Czech and foreign peer-reviewed journals. EBSCO, Medvik, ProQuest Nursing Allied Health Database Source, PubMed and Web of Science are used.
