Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou posterosuperiorního impingement syndromu ramenního kloubu, zejména pak jeho diagnostikou a terapeutickými možnostmi. Obecně je posterosuperiorní impingement definovaný jako intraartikulární kontakt ke kloubu přiléhající plochy rotátorové manžety a posterosuperiorní části glenoidálního okraje lopatky či přilehlého úseku labra. Za normálních okolností se jedná o fyziologický jev, nicméně v určitých pozicích paže může mechanický konflikt způsobovat rozvoj patologie v této oblasti. V úvodní části práce je popsána anatomie a kineziologie ramenního kloubu. Dále je podrobněji shrnuta klasifikace, etiologie, prevalence, adaptativní změny související s rozvojem patologie a základní klinický obraz této funkční poruchy. Podstatnou část práce tvoří podrobně rozebraná diagnostika včetně zobrazovacích metod a terapeutické postupy.This bachelor's thesis deals with the topic of posterosuperior impingement syndrome of the shoulder, especially its diagnostics and therapeutic possibilities. Essentially, posterosuperior impingement is defined as intraarticular contact between the joint-adjacent surface of the rotator cuff and the posterosuperior part of the glenoidal edge of the scapula or the adjoining section of the labrum. It is usually a physiological phenomenon, nevertheless the mechanical conflict can lead, in certain positions of the arm, to the development of a pathology in this area. The opening section of the work describes the anatomy and kinesiology of the shoulder. Furthermore, the classification, aetiology, prevalence are summarised in detail, as are the adaptive changes connected with the pathology and the basic clinical picture of this functional disorder. A significant part of this work is dedicated to diagnostics including medical imaging and therapeutic procedures.
