Cílem diplomové práce bylo zjistit vztah mezi kreativitou, styly výchovy a místem kontroly u studentů středních škol a vyšší odborné školy. Práce je rozdělena na 2 části. V teoretické části je popsána definice kreativity, její vznik a vliv různých faktorů na její rozvoj. Dále se zabývá vymezením pojmu místa kontroly, dělením stylů výchovy a proběhlými výzkumy na téma práce. Výzkumná část obsahuje detailní popis celého výzkumu. Bylo vytvořeno 4 hypotéz, ze kterých byla 1 přijata. Výzkumu se zúčastnilo 140 lidí. Respondentům byly předloženy 4 testové metody: Urbanův figurální test tvořivého myšlení (TSD-Z), Kaufmanova škála doménově specifické kreativity (K- DOCS), Dotazník pro zjišťování způsobu výchovy v rodině (ZVR) a Multidimenzionální pojetí Locus of Control (IPC). Výsledkem práce bylo zjištění, že žádný z výchovných stylů nesouvisí s testy TSD-Z ani K-DOCS. Zásadní roli v tvořivém jednání hraje interní místo kontroly pouze v souvislosti s testem K-DOCS.The goal of the thesis is finding out into a correlation among creativity, parenting styles and locus of control of students attending secondary schools and a college of medicine. The thesis is devided into two parts. The definition of creativity, its origin and various factors, which are influencing the creative itself, are decribed in the theoretical part. There are also determined a concept of locus of control, classification of parenting styles and presentation of latest researches. The research is described in the explorative part. There are 4 hypotheses, of which 1 was accepted. About 140 people were taken part on the research. The 4 methods, Urbanův figurální test tvořivého myšlení (TSD-Z), Kaufman Domains of Creativity Scale (K-DOCS), Dotazník pro zjišťování způsobu výchovy v rodině (ZVR) and Levenson´s IPC Scale, were given to respondents. The results of thesis were findings about there are not any signification between test TSD-Z and K-DOCS: Internal control associated with test K-DOCS were the most significant factor influencing respondent´s creativity.
