V této diplomové práci se zaměřujeme na vztah mezi mobbingem a Slovním asociačním testem (WAT). V teoretické části se zaměřujeme na popis fenoménu mobbingu, včetně jeho aktéru a následků. Dále se zaměřujeme na popis Slovního asociačního testu jako testové metody k odhalení nevědomých komplexů. V praktické části se věnujeme testování hypotéz zaměřených na vztahy mezi mobbingem s pomocí Dotazníku negativních aktů NAQ-R a reakčními časy naměřenými během Slovního asociačního testu. Jako vedlejší cíle zjišťujeme prevalenci mobbingu v našem soubouru, korelace mezi NAQ-R, WAT a dotazníkem SUPOS 7 zaměřeném na zjištění celkové psychické kondice jedince.In this thesis we focus on the relationship between mobbing and the Word Association Test (WAT). The theoretical part focuses on the description of the phenomenon of mobbing, including its actor and consequences. Furthermore, we focus on describing the Verbal Association Test as a test method to detect unconscious complexes. In the practical part, we focus on testing hypotheses focused on the relationships between mobbing with the help of the NAQ-R Negative Acts Questionnaire and reaction times measured during the Verbal Association Test. As a secondary goal we find out the prevalence of mobbing in our collection, the correlation between NAQ-R, WAT and SUPOS 7 questionnaire aimed at finding out the overall mental condition of an individual.
