Bakalářská práce se zabývá vzdělávacím systémem ve výrobní organizaci. Cílem práce je deskripce stávajícího vzdělávacího systému, tedy jeho podrobný popis. Teoretická část bakalářské práce nejprve vymezuje pojmy analýzy práce. Dále je tento pojem rozčleněn na analýzu pracovního místa, kvalifikaci a vzdělávaní zaměstnanců a kompetence a rozvoj zaměstnanců. V empirické části je vymezena metodologie výzkumu a představení výrobní organizace. Cíl práce je naplněn pomocí izomorfní deskripce za využití analýzy interních dokumentů. Závěrem je propojení kritérií z teoretické části s interními dokumenty. V Diskuzi jsou shrnuty mé poznatky a poznatky personálního ředitele výrobní organizace.Bachelor thesis deals with the educational system in the production organization. The aim of the work is to platerip of the existing education system, i.e. its detailed description. The theoretical part of the bachelor thesis first defines the concepts of analysis of the work. Furthermore, this concept is divided into analysis of the job, qualification and education of employees and competence and development of employees. The empirical part defines the methodology of research and presentation of the production organization. The goal of the work is fulfilled by isomorphic deskripation using analysis of internal documents. Finally, the criteria from the theoretical part are linked to internal documents. My knowledge and knowledge of the hr director of the production organization are summarised in the Discussion.
