Tématem této diplomové práce je rozbor ilustrací z knihy Obrázky z Holandska od Karla Čapka. Nejdříve jsou tyto obrázky podrobně analyzovány a poté postupně srovnávány s pohlednicemi, reklamou, fotkami a malbami. V poslední části se zabývám nejenom srovnáním maleb různých malířů, ale také stylem malby malířů, které Čapek ve své knize zmiňuje.The topic of this diploma thesis is the analysis of the illustrations from the book Letters from Holland by Karel Čapek. First, these pictures are analyzed in detail and then compared gradually with postcards, advertiements, photographs and paintings. In the last part of this thesis I focus not only on the comparison of the paintings by different painters, but I also focus on the style of the painters, which Čapek mentions in his book.
