Bakalářská práce pojednává o etických dilematech, která se objevují v sociální práci se seniory s demencí. V první části bakalářské práce se věnuji možným způsobům řešení etických dilemat. Ta mohou být řešena pomocí etických teorií, etického kodexu sociálních pracovníků nebo supervize. Dále zmiňuji jednotlivé služby sociální péče, které jsou seniorům s demencí poskytovány. Etická dilemata, kterých se ve své práci dotýkám, se vyskytují ve všech formách služeb sociální péče poskytovaných seniorům s demencí. Ve výzkumu zpracovávám informace získané od sociálních pracovnic, se kterými byly vedeny rozhovory na téma etických dilemat, způsobů jejich řešení a možností jejich zvládání. Rozhovory jsem doslovně přepsala a dále zpracovala formou kódování získaných dat a následným přiřazením k jednotlivým kategoriím. Využila jsem také možnosti vytvoření grafů shodných odpovědí jednotlivých respondentek, které uvádím v příloze mé bakalářské práce. Cílem mého výzkumu bylo zmapovat etická dilemata a porovnat způsob řešení těchto dilemat v praxi s přístupy, které zmiňuje odborná literatura. Závěrem mé práce je zjištění, že respondentky popřely, že by v praxi využívaly etické teorie k řešení etických dilemat. Nelze však zcela popřít, že jejich názory jsou etickými teoriemi ovlivněny. Respondentky shodně uvedly, že při řešení jednotlivých případů etických dilemat jim pomáhá etický kodex sociálních pracovníků a kolektivní spolupráce, do které zahrnuly i týmové supervize.This bachelor's thesis deals with the ethical dilemmas in social work with elderly people suffering from dementia. In the first part of my thesis, I'm trying to determine the possible solution of these decision-making problems. An application of the ethical theories, ethical code of social worker or supervision can help when solving such paradoxes. Furthermore, I'm mentioning the forms of services in social care, that the elderly people are provided with. The ethical dilemmas, that I've had an opportunity to cover in my work are visible in all forms of social services. In the research I'm processing the information, which I've obtained from social workers that I had interviewed before, about ethically difficult situations and the ways of solving and dealing with it. I've rewritten the interviews verbatim and then I've assigned the obtained data to every single category in form of coding it. I've also taken an advantage of uniting the identical answers into diagrams. I add it into an attachment of my bachelor's thesis. The aim of the research was to chart the ethical dilemmas and the ways of dealing with them in practice and to compare it to the ways that are mentioned in the literature. As the conclusion of my work is finding, that not a single social worker is using the ethical theories to solve the problems in their own practice on purpose, although it's true, that their way of thinking is definetely influenced by those theories. The responders stated identically, that the ethical code, team cooperation and supervision, helps them in the process of dealing with decion-making problems.
