Bakalářská práce se zabývá snížením hranice trestní odpovědnosti jako nástrojem snížení kriminality mládeže. Cílem bakalářské práce je zjistit postoj kurátorů pro děti a mládež k hranici trestní odpovědnosti jako nástroji ke snížení kriminality mládeže. Prvním dílčím cílem je zjistit, zda kurátoři pro děti a mládež vnímají snížení hranice trestní odpovědnosti jako nástroj, který by mohl snížit kriminalitu mládeže. Druhým dílčím cílem je zjistit jaká rizika či přínosy vidí kurátoři pro děti a mládež v případném snížení hranice trestní odpovědnosti. Rizika a přínosy jsou zvažována vzhledem k snížení kriminality mládeže. Práce se zaměřuje na vymezení kriminality, faktory ovlivňující kriminalitu, prevenci a aktuální stav kriminality v České republice. Dále definuje sociální práci a sociálně právní ochranu dětí, kam řadíme kurátory pro děti a mládež. Stěžejní pro celou práci je kapitola o postojích odborníků na snížení hranice trestní odpovědnosti, které pak porovnáváme s postoji kurátorů pro děti a mládež.The bachelor's thesis deals with lowering the age limit of penal responsibility as the instrument used in order to reduce criminality of the youth. The thesis intends to detect attitudes of curators for children and the youth towards lowering the age limit of penal responsibility applied as an instrument for the reduction of the criminality of the youth. The first partial aim of the thesis is to find out whether curators for children and the youth see lowering of the age limit of penal responsibility as an instrument that could be applied in order to reduce criminality of the youth. The second partial aim is to find out what risks and benefits the curators for children and the youth see in the potential lowering of the age limit of penal responsibility. The risks and benefits are considered as related to the reduction of criminality of the youth. The thesis focuses on the definition of criminality, factors affecting criminality, prevention and current level of criminality in the Czech Republic. It also defines social work and social-legal protection of children that include curators for children and the youth. The chapter devoted to attitudes of experts to potential lowering of the age limit of penal responsibility is crucial for the theses. The expert views will be compared with the attitudes of the curators for children and the youth.
