Tématem diplomové práce je právní úprava homeworkingu jakožto rozvíjející se formy flexibilního zaměstnání v českém právním řádu. Práce obsahuje vymezení základních pojmů, které se v souvislosti s homeworkingem skloňují, základních zásad, které umožňují výkon práce z domova, a rovněž se zaměřuje na samotnou dohodu o výkonu homeworkingu. Stěžejní část práce se zabývá zhodnocením aktuální právní úpravy a analýzou jednotlivých právních problémů, které s sebou práce z domova přináší. Současně je v práci nastíněno možné budoucí směřování homeworkingu prostřednictvím úvah de lege ferenda. Součást práce tvoří také komparace české právní úpravy s právní úpravou homeworkingu ve Francii.The topic of the diploma thesis is the legal regulation of homeworking as a developing form of flexible working in Czech legal order. The thesis contains the definition of basic terms that are related to homeworking, fundamental principles that allow working from home, and it also focuses on the agreement of performance of homeworking itself. The main part of the thesis deals with the evaluation of the current legislation and with the analysis of individual legal problems that may occur during working from home. At the same time, the thesis outlines the possible future direction of homeworking through de lege ferenda considerations. The comparison of the Czech legislation with the legislation of homeworking in France is also a part of the thesis.
