Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku vnímání volného času u dlouhodobě nezaměstnaných osob. Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je charakterizovat oblast volného času u dlouhodobě nezaměstnaných osob ve věku nad 50 let. V teoretické části je vymezen pojem práce a charakterizován trh práce, jeho segmentace, dále popsán význam práce pro člověka a vztah mezi prací a volným časem. Další kapitola se zabývá problematikou nezaměstnanosti. Dále se tato část věnuje oblasti volného času. Zde je volný čas charakterizován, jsou zde uvedeny funkce a vlivy ovlivňující volný čas, vztah mezi prací a volným časem. V závěru kapitoly jsou představeny výsledky výzkumu Jak Češi tráví volný čas. Poslední kapitola teoretické části je zaměřena na problematiku starší dospělosti. V empirické části je zkoumán, prostřednictvím časových snímků a rozhovorů, volný čas dlouhodobě nezaměstnaných osob ve věku nad 50 let.The Diploma thesis is focused on problems of the perception of free time in long-term unemployed persons. The main aim of this thesis is to characterize the area of leisure time of long-term unemployed persons over 50 years. In the theoretical part the concept of the labor is defined and the labor market is characterized its segmentation and further described the importance of labor for humans and the relationship between work and leisure. The next chapter deals with the issue of unemployment. This part is also devoted to leisure time. Here the leisure is characterized and the functions and influences affecting the leisure are mentioned and also relationship between work and leisure is included . The end of chapter, the results of the research of Czechs spending their free time are presented. The last chapter of the theoretical part focuses on the issues of older adulthood. The empirical part is examined by means of time frames and interviews free time of long-term unemployed persons over 50 years.
