Ambicí této bakalářské práce je stručné shrnutí působení vojenských kaplanů v Armádě České republiky v moderní historii. V roce 2018 vojenská duchovní služba oslavila své dvacáté výročí od znovuzavedení do řad vojska České republiky, což je motivem této dvou dekádní reflexe působení. Úvodem bude provedeno seznámení s historií a vznikem kaplanské služby v období první republiky. Dále bude poukázáno na působení kaplanů v rámci Armády České republiky. V předposlední části bude shrnuto zastoupení jednotlivých církví, další zajímavé srovnání a vývoj. Závěrem bude provedena kvalitativní analýza dvou rozhovorů s aktivními členy duchovní služby.The ambition of this bachelor's thesis is a brief summary of the work of military chaplains in the Army of the Czech Republic in modern history. In 2018, the military clerical service celebrated its twentieth anniversary since its reintroduction into the Czech Republic, which is the motive for this two-decade reflection on its work. An introduction to the history and origin of the chaplain's service in the period of the First Republic will be introduced. Furthermore, the work of chaplains within the Army of the Czech Republic will be pointed out. The penultimate part will summarize the representation of individual churches, other interesting comparisons and developments. Finally, a qualitative analysis of two interviews with active members of the clergy will be performed.
