Práce je zaměřena na aktivizaci seniorů v domovech pro seniory. Teoretická část se zabývá vymezením pojmů stáří, stárnutí, senior, aktivizace a věnuje se aktivizačním technikám, které jsou klíčové pro tvorbu programu. Hlavním cílem praktické části práce je analýza potřeb a vytvoření projektu, který obohatí život klientů ve vybraném domově pro seniory. Dílčím cílem je úspěšná realizace aktivizačního programu a zvýšení zájmu širšího okolí o život lidí v domově pro seniory. Analýza potřeb probíhala prostřednictvím rozhovoru se sociální pracovnicí, dotazníku, studia dokumentů a pozorování. Pro zhodnocení projektu byl zvolen polo strukturovaný rozhovor s účastníky aktivizačního programu.The work is focused on the activation of seniors in a home of elderly. The theoretical part deals with the definition of the concepts of old age, aging, senior, activation and deals with activation techniques that are key to creating a program. The main goal of the empirical part of the work is the analysis of needs and the creation of a project that will enrich the lives of clients in a selected home for the elderly. A partial goal is the successful implementation of the activation program and increasing the interest of the wider environment in the lives of people in a home for the elderly. The needs analysis took place through an interview with a social worker, a questionnaire, a study of documents and observations. A semi-structured interview with the participants of the activation program was chosen to evaluate the project.
