Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na deskripci aktivity přispěvatelů v rámci vybraných diskuzních vláken v kontextu tématu hazardního hráčství. Cílem práce je popsat obsahové, tematické a formální znaky aktivity přispěvatelů v rámci těchto vláken, tedy odpovědět na otázku: Co a jak je komunikováno uvnitř diskuzí? Výzkumný design je založen na kvalitativním přístupu s kvantitativními prvky a zvolený typ výzkumu je analýza dokumentů s využitím přístupu netnografie. Provedena byla obsahová analýza 874 příspěvků, tedy 20 vláken v rámci dvou diskuzních fór. Sledovány byly četnosti výskytu jednotlivých kategorií. Identifikováno bylo 5 souhrnných tematických rovin, popisujících prostřednictvím stanovených kategorií fenomén hazardního hráčství v rámci sledovaného diskuzního prostoru. Nejčetněji byla zastoupena rovinu vztahu, dále pak rovina závislosti a hráčství, rovina financí, rovina léčby, a nejméně četná byla rovina hry. Diskuze nenesly znaky skupiny komunitního charakteru, identifikované přispěvatele tvořily především ženy a osoby v manželském či partnerském vztahu k hráči. Příspěvky představovaly především reakce a nejčetnější formou sdělení bylo sdílení názoru, rady a prosté sdílení.This diploma thesis focuses on the description of contributors' activity within selected discussion threads in the context of gambling. The aim of this work is to describe the content, thematic and formal features of contributors' activity within these threads, i.e. to answer the question: What and how is communicated inside discussions? The research design is based on a qualitative approach with quantitative elements and the chosen type of research is document analysis, using a netnography approach. Content analysis of 874 posts was performed, in 20 threads in two discussion forums. The frequency of occurrence of individual categories was monitored. Five summary thematic levels have been identified, describing the phenomena of gambling within the monitored discussion space through specified categories. The most frequent was the level of the relationship, then the level of dependence and gambling, the level of finance, the level of treatment, and the least frequent was the level of game. The discussions did not bear the characteristics of a community group, the identified contributors were mainly women and persons in marital or partner relationships with the gambler. The contributions were mainly reactions and the most frequent form of communication was sharing of opinion, advice and simple sharing.
