Bakalářská práce se zabývá srovnáním výuky budoucího učitele a zkušených pedagogů. Část práce je věnována náležitostem struktury přípravy, další úsek obsahuje definici začínajícího a zkušeného učitele. Zmíněny jsou také obavy začínajících učitelů. V praktické části se práce zaobírá hospitacemi u zkušené vyučující a učitele experta, výukou budoucí učitelky, následně pak srovnáním výuky a nakonec obavami zkušených pedagogů.This bachelor's thesis deals with a comparison of the teaching of future teachers and experienced teachers. The first part of the work is devoted to the particularities of the teacher's preparation; the next section contains the definition of a beginner and an experienced teacher. The thesis introduces also the concerns of beginning teachers. In the practical part, the work deals with observations of an experienced teacher and an expert teacher, future teacher methods, then with the comparing of the teaching methods and finally with the concerns of beginning and experienced teachers.
