Tato diplomová práce se věnuje studiu využitelnosti Triazolizační reakce pro přípravu nových triterpenoidních 1,2,3-triazolů. Cílem této práce je najít vhodné reakční podmínky pro průběh Triazolizační reakce na triterpenech, optimalizovat je a připravit triterpenoidní deriváty s triazolovým kruhem přikondenzovaným k A-kruhu triterpenu. V teoretické části práce jsou shrnuty obecné informace o terpenech, následované kapitolou popisující dosud popsané triazolové deriváty triterpenů, a nakonec kapitolou o samotné Triazolizační reakci. V diskuzní a experimentální části jsou popsány přípravy výchozích látek, provedené optimalizační reakce pro přípravu nesubstituovaných a substituovaných triazolů, jejich charakterizace a předběžné výsledky cytotoxické aktivity těchto derivátů.This diploma thesis deals with the study of the usability of the Triazolization reaction for the preparation of novel triterpenoid 1,2,3-triazoles. The aim of this work is to find suitable reaction conditions for the course of the Triazolization reaction on triterpenes, optimize them and prepare triterpenoid derivatives with a triazole ring fused to the A-ring of the triterpene. The theoretical part of the thesis summarizes general information about terpenes, followed by a chapter dedicated to the triazole derivatives of triterpenes described so far, and a chapter about the Triazolization reaction itself. The discussion and experimental part describes the preparation of starting materials, performed optimization reactions for the preparation of unsubstituted and substituted triazoles, their characterization and preliminary results of cytotoxic activity of these derivatives.
