Bakalářská práce je zaměřená na zaměstnávání osob se sluchovým postižením v České republice. Práce je rozdělená do čtyř kapitol, z toho jsou první tři kapitoly věnované teoretické části a poslední kapitola představuje empirickou část. Teoretická část je zaměřená na problematiku sluchového postižení, obor surdopedie, klasifikaci a komunikaci osob se sluchovým postižením. Dále obsahuje kapitoly o vzdělávání a zaměstnávání osob se sluchovým postižením. V empirické části jsou představeny výsledky kvantitativního výzkumu, který proběhl formou dotazníkového šetření.The bachelor thesis deals with the topic of employment of people with hearing impairment in the Czech republic. The bachelor thesis is divided into four chapters. The first three chapters form the theoretical part and the last chapter represents the empirical part. The theoretical part is focused on the problems of hearing impairment, the field of special education of people with hearing impairment, classification and communication of people with hearing impairment. The next two parts deal with education and employment of people with hearing impairment. The empirical part presents the results of quantitative research, done by means of a questionnaire survey.
