Přehledová bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou těhotenství po transplantaci ledviny. Práce předkládá publikované poznatky o vlivu onemocnění ledvin na menstruační cyklus a plodnost. Sumarizuje informace o významu imunitního systému při transplantaci ledvin a potřebné imunosupresivní terapii a antikoncepci. Dále se zaměřuje na délku těhotenství, komplikace v průběhu těhotenství, funkci štěpu a způsob porodu u žen po transplantaci ledviny. Periodika, která byla v práci použita, byla vyhledána v databázích PubMed, EBSCO a ProQuest.The overview bachelor thesis deals with the issue of pregnancy after kidney transplantation. The work presents published findings on the effect of kidney disease on the menstrual cycle and fertility. Summarizes information on the importance of the immune system in kidney transplantation and the necessary immunosuppressive therapy and contraception. It also focuses on the length of pregnancy, complications during pregnancy, graft function and method of delivery in women after kidney transplantation. The periodicals used in this work were searched in the PubMed, EBSCO and ProQuest databases.
