Obsahem diplomové práce je ověření psychometrických vlastnosti krátkého kognitivního testu ALBA. Teoretická část se zabývá kognitivními funkcemi a jejich poruchami u demence, pojmem mírné kognitivní poruchy, popisuje různé demence a diagnostiku kognitivních funkcí. Hlavními cílí práce bylo ověření reliability paralelních verzí testu ALBA, prokázaní jeho diskriminační a souběžné validity. Výběrový soubor byl tvořen 60 dospělými osobami české národnosti, rozdělenými na skupinu pacientů a zdravých dobrovolníků ve věku 58-89 let s průměrným věkem 74 let. Od každého účastníka byla získána data z testů ALBA 1 a 2, vybraných paměťových a nepaměťových neuropsychologických metod, dotazníků GDS a FAQ. Bylo zjištěno, že neexistuje statisticky významný rozdíl mezi dvěma verzemi testu ALBA. V rámci posouzení diskriminační validity testu ALBA byla prokázána existence statisticky významného rozdílu mezi skupinou pacientů a zdravých seniorů. Při ověřování souběžné validity byla zjištěna silná statisticky významná korelace testu ALBA s paměťovými metodami, Testem kategoriální slovní fluence a TMT B. Z výsledků vyplývá, že test ALBA je krátkou zkouškou paměti s dobrými psychometrickými vlastnostmi.The content of the master thesis is to verify the psychometric properties of the short cognitive test ALBA. The theoretical part deals with cognitive functions and their disorders in dementia, mild cognitive disorder, describes various dementias and diagnostics of cognitive functions. The main aims of the work were to verify the reliability of parallel forms of the ALBA test, its discriminant and congruent validity. The sample had 60 Czech adults divided into a group of patients and healthy seniors aged 58-89 with a mean of 74 years. Each person was tested with ALBA 1 and 2, selected memory and non-memory neuropsychological methods, questionnaires GDS and FAQ. It was found that there was no statistically significant difference between the two versions of the ALBA test. Due to discriminant validity of the ALBA test the existence of a statistically significant difference between the group of patients and healthy seniors was revealed. A strong statistically significant correlation of the ALBA test with memory methods and with the Category verbal fluency test and TMT B test was found due to congruent validity. ALBA test is a short memory test with good psychometric properties.
