Cílem diplomové práce je zjistit, zda akomodace a velikost zornice ovlivňuje hodnotu nitroočního tlaku. V teoretické části práce jsou shrnuty dosavadní poznatky o anatomii a funkci zornice. Dále se zabývá mechanismy akomodace a anatomickými změnami oka v jejím průběhu. V neposlední řadě je cílem této části vysvětlit fyziologii nitroočního tlaku a význam odtoku nitrooční tekutiny. Význam teoretické části spočívá především v ucelení teoretických poznatků, jejichž znalost je nezbytným předpokladem pro správnou interpretaci výsledků experimentální části. Experimentální část má za cíl interpretaci metodiky a dat získaných v rámci výzkumu, který hodnotí změny v hodnotách nitroočního tlaku při akomodaci a různé velikosti zornice.The aim of the thesis is to find out whether accommodation and pupil size affect the value of intraocular pressure. The theoretical part of the thesis summarizes the existing knowledge about the anatomy and function of the pupil. It also deals with the mechanisms of accommodation in the eye and it´s anatomical changes during the process. Last but not least, the aim of this section is to explain intraocular pressure and the importance of intraocular fluid outflow. The significance of the theoretical part lies primarily in the consolidation of theoretical knowledge, the knowledge which is a necessary prerequisite for the correct interpretation of the results of the experimental part. The experimental part aims to interpret the methodology and data obtained in the research, which evaluates changes in the values of intraocular pressure during accommodation and different pupil sizes.
