Bakalářská práce se zabývá tréninkem volejbalu sedících ve světě a v ČR. Začátek práce přibližuje sport volejbalu sedících. Popisuje jeho historií a pravidla, seznamuje s osobami s hendikepem, pro které je hra učena, uvádí do souvislostí systémem trenérství a organizací spojených s tímto sportem. Dále je založena na sestavené anketě a rozhovorů osob věnujících se tomuto sportu u nás a v jiných zemích. Výsledkem je komplexní definování volejbalu sedících pomocí předem stanovených měřítek. Tyto parametry se týkají v prvé řadě edukaci trenérů, dále pak způsobu trénování, systému a účasti soutěžících na zápasech a turnajích, finanční podpora tohoto sportu na vnitrostátní i mezinárodní úrovni.This Bachelor's thesis deals with the training of sitting volleyball in the Czech Republic and the World. In the first chapter, This thesis tries to give the perspective of sitting volleyball as a sport. It presents sitting volleyball's history, rules and describes the players with a handicap for whom is the game of sitting volleyball created. It also gives insights into the systém of coaching and organizations connected with this sport. The next chapter is based on the analysis of questionnairing and interviewing the people dedicated to this sport in the Czech Republic and other countries. The result of this is a complex definition of sitting volleyball according to previously established conditions. These conditions are concerned about the education of the trainers, way of training, financial support of this sport on the state or global level, systém and participation of the sitting volleyball matches.
